Shipping
We ship using US Postal Service Priority mail (2-3 day). The charge is based on merchandise total according to the table below for orders within the continental US. Please note that if you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US, we will re-calculate the shipping (so just ignore what you see on the order confirmation). If paying by check, please check with us for the shipping charge before sending it.
If part of your order is back-ordered, we will inform you of the situation and delay charging your credit card for any unshipped items. Your total shipping will still be based on the order total - not 2 separate shipping charges.
If you have a special request (overnight shipping, etc.), please let us know in the order comments or you may contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Returns
Please contact us if there is a problem. We'll do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order. If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, we will replace it at our expense. If you decide you don't want an item, we will not charge a re-stocking fee, but do ask you to pay for the shipping.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal.
If paying by credit card, you will not be charged until merchandise ships. We try to ship everything together, but if we cannot, we will let you know. We generally only charge for the merchandise that ships, so be aware that split shipments may result in 2 partial charges.
If paying by check, your order will not ship until the check clears. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
